JSH Wins the “Outstanding Supplier” Award at the 15th China Battery New Energy Industry Ceremony

On November 11, Jingshi Automation Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (JSH) was honored with the “Outstanding Supplier” Award at the 15th China Battery New Energy Industry Annual Ceremony, recognizing its exceptional performance and stable, systematic delivery capability in lithium-battery intelligent equipment. The award, presented by the Zhongguancun New Battery Technology Innovation Alliance, acknowledges benchmark enterprises with strong innovation and comprehensive strength across the new-energy value chain.

Founded in 1994, Jingshi (JSH) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HNAC Technology (300490.SZ), specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of lithium-battery formation & grading equipment, power testing systems, intelligent logistics, and zero-carbon factory solutions. With an operations center in Shenzhen and manufacturing bases in Wuhan and Changsha totaling over 160,000 m² and an annual delivery capacity of 50 GWh, JSH is among the few domestic suppliers capable of independently designing and delivering full lithium-battery testing lines.

In response to the new-energy industry’s rapid capacity expansion and intensive delivery demands this year, JSH has leveraged its “dual-base collaboration + systematic manufacturing” model to demonstrate strong coordination and execution capabilities. Through the integrated manufacturing system across Wuhan and Changsha, JSH achieves full-process linkage from design and machining to assembly and shipment. Supported by standardized product platforms and flexible production capacity, the company has established an efficient model featuring multi-project parallel execution, unified scheduling, and stable output. Meanwhile, JSH continues expanding capacity and optimizing its manufacturing layout, using intelligent scheduling and resource sharing to maintain stable delivery during high-density production cycles. In terms of technological innovation, JSH continues to launch high-performance intelligent equipment—including solid-state battery hot-press fixtures, high-voltage DC water-cooled formation & grading systems, hydro-thermal formation units, and large-chamber baking automation lines. These solutions significantly improve energy efficiency and line integration, supporting major cell formats such as prismatic, cylindrical, and pouch cells.

Additionally, JSH’s self-developed stacker cranes, conveyor systems, and WMS/WCS software enable integrated coordination between “equipment + systems,” delivering efficient and intelligent automation solutions for downstream processes.
