From June 3 to 5, 2025, the world's top event in the battery industry — the Battery Show Europe — was grandly held at Messe Stuttgart, Germany. Even pressure: Innovative conductive structure ensures uniform pressure distribution during the cell formation process.

Stable temperature: The unique layered heating method and monitoring system prevent temperature imbalances caused by energy conversion during charging and discharging.

Excellent compatibility: Automatic adjustment of the X and Y axes of the conductive plate allows seamless compatibility with products within the adjustable range, supporting one-click mold changes.

Hydrothermal Formation Machine | A Dual Breakthrough in Energy Savings and Performance

Energy saving and cost reduction: The equipment-based heating method replaces traditional environmental heating, significantly lowering factory operating costs. The integrated negative-pressure module design eliminates the need for additional humidity control, further cutting expenses.

High efficiency and convenience: The integrated stacking assembly design shortens the equipment setup time, boosting installation and commissioning efficiency by over 50% compared to split systems.

Exceptional performance: Charging and discharging efficiency reaches 87.5%, with a performance improvement of over 20%. The temperature is precisely controlled within ±2°C, while the fully enclosed design ensures safety and stability.

High-Voltage DC Power Module | A Model of Flexibility and Reliability

Powerful performance: It supports direct conversion between 700 V and 5 V, with a series design that covers output currents from 60 A to 300 A, catering to a wide range of needs.

Flexibility and convenience: Modular design allows for quick plug-and-play installation with simple, efficient connections.

Strong adaptability: It has a wide operating temperature range (0°C to 50°C), with module spacing adjustable down to 45 mm, making it compatible with various battery specifications.

Global Expansion with Technological Support

JSH has positioned Hungary as its European business hub, leveraging the mature "local teams + resource synergy" operational model of its parent company, HANC (300490.SZ). Through continuous expansion and the development of local horizontal partnerships, it has made substantial progress in the European market. The European labor cooperation project, launched in 2023, has assembled a professional team of over 600 members, covering areas such as software debugging and electromechanical installation, with the capability to deliver 30 GWh of complete production lines annually. On the international front, JSH has not only successfully secured a mass production line order in Serbia but also maintains close technical exchanges with global industry leaders like Samsung SDI, Volkswagen, and ACC, accelerating its integration into the global new energy lithium battery supply chain.

In terms of intellectual property and certification, JSH is gradually building a strong technological moat. Products such as the capacity integrated machine, stacker crane, and power supply have obtained CE certification, while the capacity grading machine and stacker crane have entered the UL certification stage. The completion of international trademark registration has laid a solid foundation for the global expansion of the brand. Additionally, JSH has filed several PCT international patent applications, including for the "overhead crane gripper robotic arm." The core technologies are safeguarded across the entire value chain, from equipment design to process control, enabling JSH to break through technical barriers in international markets.
