From May 15 , the 17th China International Battery Fair (CIBF2025)—widely recognized as a global benchmark for the battery industry—was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As the largest event of its kind, this year's exhibition attracted over 3,000 companies from more than 50 countries and regions, with the total exhibition area exceeding 300,000 square meters, a new record in the event's history.

JSH's booth, located in Hall 5, became a major highlight of the exhibition with its impressive 270-square-meter presence, twice the size of its previous displays and the largest in the company's history. High-Performance Products Draw Strong Interest

During the exhibition, JSH showcased a comprehensive range of core testing-stage equipment, including solid-state battery hot-press fixtures, 4680 large cylindrical cell integrated machines, high-voltage DC water-cooled capacity units, formation integrated systems, high-voltage power modules, and stacker cranes, demonstrating its cutting-edge technological breakthroughs across the entire lithium battery lifecycle. The booth attracted a steady stream of visitors, as attendees from both home and abroad engaged in direct, hands-on interactions and gained a deep appreciation for the innovation and evolution of intelligent manufacturing equipment.

As the new energy vehicle industry advances toward higher safety and greater energy density, solid-state battery technology is entering a critical phase of industrial breakthrough. In response to this trend, JSH has independently developed a hot-press fixture featuring an innovative conduction structure that ensures uniform pressure distribution across the cell. Integrated with heated plates and a real-time temperature control system, it maintains charge/discharge temperature fluctuations within ±2°C. Its X/Y-axis auto-alignment mechanism supports one-click model switching for all compatible products, making it a key piece of equipment for enabling large-scale production of solid-state batteries.

With the accelerating industrialization of 4680 cylindrical batteries, JSH has keenly identified market demand and launched its 4680 large cylindrical cell integrated machines. The equipment adopts single-cell temperature sensing and multi-zone temperature control technology to ensure an ambient temperature uniformity within ±3°C. It integrates high-voltage DC power technology and third-generation semiconductor power devices, which reduces charge/discharge energy consumption by over 50%. Its flexible single-/dual-tab design supports a variety of battery structures, offering an efficient solution for large-scale production in the TWh era.

In the field of intelligent logistics systems, JSH is far more than a traditional logistics "integration" provider. From core stacker cranes, AGVs, robot arms, and conveyor lines, to WMS/WCS software systems, JSH brings over a decade of independent design and development experience. These solutions have been widely deployed by leading battery manufacturers, widely praised for reliability and on-time delivery.
