Riding the wind and standing at the forefront, a great start to the New Year! On February 6th, JSH's 2024 annual summary and awards ceremony cum 2025 mobilization conference was grandly held at the Wuhan production base. With the theme of "Concentrating Efforts, Reducing Costs, Increasing Efficiency, and Moving Forward Together," the conference was conducted both online and offline. Huang Jianbo, Chairman of JSH, Wang Qing, General Manager of the Sales Center, Luo Hu, Deputy General Manager, Xiong Shan, Financial Director, Mao Nanwang, Dean of the Research Institute, Liao Jianwen, General Manager of the Production and Manufacturing Center, Zhang Xiangdong, Chairman Assistant, along with department heads and all employees, attended the grand event.

At the meeting, JSH’s leaders of each division delivered their speeches, summarizing and affirming the highlights of 2024's work. They also deeply analyzed the existing issues and shared their insights, thoughtful considerations, planning strategies, and actions for 2025. They advocated for all employees to strengthen their confidence, bravely take on their mission, and, with the attitude of those who strive forward, create new achievements and open new chapters for the company's high-quality development.

To clarify work tasks, strengthen the sense of responsibility, and ensure the smooth achievement of the annual key goals, the Chairman of JSH, Huang Jianbo, issued the 2025 annual posting goal to the general manager of the sales center, Mr. Wang Qing, and signed a letter of commitment and responsibility.

Subsequently, Chairman Huang Jianbo delivered a speech, congratulating the commended excellent individuals and collectives and expressing gratitude for the hard work and dedication of all employees. He pointed out that in the face of the severe challenges in 2024, JSH deepened reforms, continuously improved risk resistance, strengthened product competitiveness, and made every effort to expand domestic and international markets, striving forward with determination in adversity

At the same time, he emphasized that the situation in 2025 is still severe, The people of JSH must face reality head-on, adopting a competitive stance of treating the start as a decisive battle and the initial step as a sprint. They should strive hard in the first quarter to set a good start and achieve initial success for high-quality development; lay the foundation for reaching the full-year development goal, create the conditions, and win the initiative; and make a hundredfold effort to grasp the market and expand the living space to push the company toward the new milestones of leapfrog development.

Marching forward triumphantly, we don't consider mountains and seas too far; seizing the momentum, we don't regard days and months as limitations. In the new year, JSH is determined to develop with unity and effort, courageously forging ahead to create excellent achievements. With a spirit of precision and efficiency, innovation and change, coexistence, and win-win cooperation, JSH will proactively adapt to new circumstances, embrace new challenges, and write a vibrant new chapter.
