Breaking Forward! JSH Accelerates to Seize the New Wave of the Lithium Battery Industry

Recently, the authoritative research organization EVTank and YiWei Institute of Economics jointly released the “China Lithium-ion Battery Industry Development White Paper (2025)”, which predicts that the global lithium-ion battery delivery is expected to reach 1,899.3 GWh in 2025, and it will grow to 5,127.3 GWh in 2030 with an amazing trend. Facing the booming development of the industry, JSH Company is accelerating to seize the new wave of lithium batteries.

To actively respond to the demands of the leading lithium-ion battery manufacturers, JSH has made every effort to expand its production capacity. By optimizing the production process and enhancing the integration of the industrial supply chain, JSH maximizes the utilization of its 20-meter large-scale gantry machining centers, nearly 100 sets of precision CNC lathes, and four flexible complete machine assembly lines. This enables the efficient demonstration of industry-leading capabilities, achieving an annual production capacity of 50 GWh in the back-end Li-ion cell production equipment.

JSH's Wuhan production base is currently bustling with activity to ensure the on-time delivery of domestic and international orders.

JSH continues to drive high-quality development through technological innovation, continuously strengthening and enhancing its technical capabilities. The company has independently developed a range of advanced solutions, including the 46-series HVDC integrated water-cooled system, pouch cell hot-pressing fixtures, stacker cranes, large-chamber baking ovens, WCS, WMS, etc., formation and capacity grading equipment, intelligent logistics systems, and smart software systems. These solutions are capable of supporting the formation and grading full-line production and delivery for various battery formats, including prismatic cells, blade cells, pouch cells, and cylindrical cells.

With its leading comprehensive strength, in 2025, JSH has repeatedly won orders for mass production lines from famous enterprises such as CATL, Ganfeng Lithium, Yixin Power Battery, Baigu Energy, and CSSC, and has frequently won favorable comments from customers. At present, JSH's production orders have been scheduled for the second quarter, achieving strong performance in both production and sales.
