Keep shining! JSH Attends the 2nd Battery Gigafactory Summit USA

On November 13, 2024, the 2nd Battery Gigafactory Summit kicked off in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. As the only China domestic conference sponsor, JSH attended the conference with the latest achievements of the lithium battery testing section whole-line solution, showcasing the extraordinary strength of "Made in China" to nearly a thousand global industry elites, experts, and scholars.

As a high-end forum in the battery field, the Battery Gigafactory Summit aims to bring together industry pioneers to jointly enhance the capabilities of lithium battery gigafactories. Industry leaders such as CATL, Henkel, Gotion, and Volkswagen frequently attended these series of summits.

Shining strength, attracting attention from overseas

At the conference site, many guests stopped at the JSH booth to have in-depth exchanges and technical consultations with the staff. The JSH elite team fully demonstrated the turnkey solution for the lithium battery back-end line and related cutting-edge technologies. With its superb professionalism and high-quality service concept, JSH won unanimous praise from visiting customers, fully demonstrating its status as a benchmark enterprise for lithium battery equipment.

During the summit, Chris Nengka Li, manager of the power system R&D department of JSH, delivered a wonderful speech on the theme of “ENERGY SAVING- STRIVE FOR NET ZERO”.

He pointed out that the process of formation and capacity grading occupies a high proportion of production energy consumption in large-scale battery manufacturing. To address this pain point, JSH has launched innovative equipment such as a new generation of water-heating formation all-in-one machine and HVDC water-cooling capacity grading all-in-one machine and other innovative equipment, compared with the traditional program to enhance the system efficiency by more than 20%. It has also innovated the topology of production line equipment, equipped with energy control units, and introduced industrial AI and other new technologies, which can help achieve the energy consumption optimization target predicted by Nature Energy in 2040 earlier than expected.

At the same time, to achieve the zero-carbon goal, JSH has successfully overcome the problem of high-power density power supply, fully utilized new materials in system solutions, and constructed a DC microgrid at the plant level to achieve flexible use of electricity, helping customers to build a "zero-carbon factory".

Accelerating overseas expansion, deploying global market

At present, the company has set foot in Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Germany, Hungary, Serbia, Morocco， and other countries; its series of products have passed the comprehensive technical review and strict testing by the international authoritative certification agencies TÜV Süd and SGS, and have successfully obtained the EU CE certification, and have already received mass production line orders from European enterprises; meanwhile, JSH is actively promoting the UL certification of the United States to solidify its internal strength in order to embrace globalization markets.
