On August 29, 2024, the OFweek Lithium Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Forum 2024 was grandly held in Shenzhen. Xiong Mingfu stated that formation and capacity grading are among the most energy-consuming processes in lithium battery manufacturing, making energy consumption a focus point for competition among lithium battery equipment companies. Compared to traditional split machines, it reduces 30% of material cost and 20% of floor space, increases overall machine efficiency by 20%, and saves on cooling-related operational costs for the power supply department's factory. While continuously iterating traditional solutions, the company also pioneered the application of high-voltage DC busbar technology, launching a high-voltage DC water-cooling capacity integrated machine. With a charging system efficiency ≥87% and a discharging system efficiency ≥84%, it can cooperate with the photovoltaic system, energy storage system, and PCS system of its parent company, HNAC Technology (300490.SZ), to create a factory-level DC microgrid, achieve intelligent scheduling, and assist customers in building a “zero-carbon” factory.
Intelligent Manufacturing, Combining Virtual and Real
JSH’s digital twin platform creates high-precision virtual models of physical entities, receiving and mapping their state data in real time. This allows for real-time monitoring, visualization, predictive maintenance, quality tracking and business process optimization during production, enhancing production efficiency and product yield.
At the same time, JSH leverages its extensive source data from formation and capacity grading testing stages and its advantages in power system simulation,which provides real-time simulation of the high-voltage DC busbar integrated system, monitoring current and voltage waveforms at key node in the system, and real-time scheduling of power levels and directions of various sub-module power units, synchronously displaying simulation. Combined with actual production line operations, it achieves “virtual-real integration”, with all nodes and key devices being self-researched and self-manufactured by the company.
