Striving upward, advancing through innovation.

On February 25, 2026, the 2025 Annual Commendation & 2026 Mobilization Conference of JSH was held successfully at the Wuhan base. The event systematically reviewed the company’s achievements in 2025 and comprehensively deployed key priorities for 2026. The conference was attended by the entire management team and all employees, conducted simultaneously in both on-site and real-time online formats.

Reviewing 2025: Consolidating the Foundation Amid Challenges

In 2025, the industry moved forward amid cyclical fluctuations and structural transformation. Confronted with a complex environment, JSH adhered to long-termism, focusing on integrated solutions for the lithium battery testing stage and continuously deepening its strategic presence in critical areas including formation and grading equipment, core power supply systems, and intelligent logistics systems.

Over the past year, the company’s order volume reached a historic peak, with production schedules extending into the first half of 2027. The coordinated manufacturing system of “Two Bases · Four Major Plants” became increasingly mature, further enhancing large-scale delivery capabilities. High-Voltage Direct Current(HVDC) power technology and system integration capabilities continued iterative advancement, with intellectual property achievements steadily increasing. Refined organizational management and risk control capabilities were further strengthened, resulting in more stable overall business operational quality.

At the conference, the annual commendation decision was formally announced, and outstanding representatives—including Model Workers, Advanced Collectives, Outstanding Leading Officials, Engineers with Outstanding Contributions, recipients of Excellent Intellectual Property Achievement Award, Collaboration Stars, Process Experts, Advanced Workers, Excellent Mentors, and Rookies of the Year — were honored. These honors not only recognize their achievements over the past year but also entrust their future responsibilities, highlighting the fundamental spirit of JSH people in staying committed on the front lines and collaborating to overcome challenges.

Anchoring 2026: Clear Objectives, Shared Responsibility

At the conference, the 2026 annual operating budget and targets were formally assigned. Huang Jianbo, Chairman of JSH, presented the 2026 performance objectives to Wang Qing, General Manager of the Sales Center, and both parties signed a Target Responsibility Commitment Letter. By setting clear goals as guidance and maintaining a results-oriented approach, they aim to further solidify the annual performance responsibilities, laying a strong foundation for the successful achievement of the full-year targets.

The executive leaders, who are respectively in charge of different departments, delivered thematic speeches covering R&D innovation, financial management, project execution, manufacturing efficiency, and market expansion. They reviewed lessons learned and clarified key action priorities for 2026: enhancing the level of lean manufacturing capabilities; strengthening cash flow and risk control mechanisms; consolidating project fulfillment and delivery assurance systems; optimizing the competitive structure of core products; accelerating overseas market expansion and localization service system development; and to upgrade the organizational structure to support large-scale development.

Objectives are defined. Pathways are clear. Responsibilities are in place.

During the event, the representative from the International Division shared her reflections on the conference in Chinese, English, and French. Drawing on overseas market practices, she elaborated on her understanding of the “Envision the Globe” strategy and corresponding action plans, demonstrating tangible achievements in JSH’s international expansion and the team’s confidence in global development.

The Twelve-Character Guiding Principle: Entering a New Stage of High-Quality Development

In his concluding remarks, Chairman Huang Jianbo emphasized that the industry has entered a new phase—shifting from scale expansion to value creation. Only by strengthening its foundation, embracing a global vision, sustaining innovation, and advancing ecosystem collaboration can JSH secure initiative and competitive advantage in the new cycle.

Centered on the twelve-character guiding principle—“Strengthen Core Capabilities · Envision the Globe · Sustain the Innovation · Build the Ecosystem”—he systematically elaborated on the strategic direction for 2026:

Strengthen Core Capabilities — Reinforce management systems and lean manufacturing capabilities; enhance risk prevention and operational efficiency; focus on advantages in the lithium battery testing stage; and solidify the company’s development foundation;

Envision the Globe — Advance international expansion with a global perspective and strengthen overseas service and localized operational capabilities;

Sustain the Innovation — Pursue parallel advancement of technological iteration and product upgrades while enhancing integrated full-line system solution capabilities;

Build the Ecosystem — Deepen industrial chain collaboration and foster an open, win-win industrial ecosystem.

Chairman Huang stressed that in the coming year, the company must maintain strategic resolve, advance business management and manufacturing capabilities with higher standards, ensure the implementation of key projects with stronger execution, and drive the enterprise’s sustained upward momentum with a more steady pace.

Setting Out Again Toward High-Quality Development

From retrospective review to strategic deployment, from recognition of excellence to target commitments, this conference served not only as a milestone reflection but also as a renewed call to action.

In 2026, JSH will advance steadily amid industry transformation with more robust operations and a clearer strategic direction, continuously achieving breakthroughs on the path toward high-quality development.
