JSH Invited to the 2025 CATL Supplier Conference, Advancing Collaborative Partnership

On December 28, Jingshi Automation Machhinery Technology Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referreds to as “JSH”), was invited to attend the 2025 CATL Supplier Conference. Under the theme of “Digital Intelligence Co-Creation · Green Chain Shared Vision,” the conference brought together key upstream and downstream partners across the new energy industry chain to jointly explore collaborative pathways for high-quality industry development. As a major partner in lithium battery testing line equipment and the overall solution provider, JSH engaged in profound exchanges with industry peers during the conference, further building consensus and promoting mutual learning.

For nearly two decades, JSH has maintained a stable partnership within the CATL ecosystem. Through numerous projects, the two sides have developed strong alignment and a mature collaboration mechanism across lithium battery testing equipment, which is centered on planning, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, delivery, and production line optimization. As the industry enters another phase of large-scale expansion, cooperation between the two parties has continued to deepen in capacity matching, project scheduling, and delivery assurance, driving the partnership toward a more systematic and long-term oriented.

Prior to the conference, JSH was awarded the “2025 Best Collaboration Award” by CATL Jiangsu, an honor based on annual cooperation performance that recognizes the comprehensive capabilities in multi-project execution and delivery support of JSH. Additionally, employee Li Zhi was awarded “2025 Outstanding Supplier Individual,” demonstrating the professionalism and sense of responsibility of the JSH team at the front-line execution level.

Behind these milestones lies JSH’s continuous efforts to enhance its manufacturing capabilities and delivery systems development. In the face of significant challenges such as concentrated demand surges, expanding project scales, and compressed delivery timelines in the new energy industry, JSH has consistently regarded “Expanding capacity, Ensuring quality, Guaranteeing delivery” as core corporate development priorities, continuously strengthening its manufacturing foundation and organizational capabilities.

In terms of production capacity layout, JSH has established a "Dual-bases·Four-plants" manufacturing system in Wuhan and Changsha, with a total production area exceeding 160,000 square meters, covering key processes including core component processing, assembly and commissioning. Leveraging multi-base collaborative manufacturing and a high rate of in-house component production, the company has developed the capability for parallel production of multiple product categories and large-scale delivery, providing solid support for handling peak orders and complex projects.

At present, JSH’s overall production schedule has been extended into the first half of 2027. On this basis, through continuous optimization of production line organization and resource allocation, the company retains flexible capacity reserves that can be dynamically adjusted according to customer project timelines, ensuring sustained responsiveness even under high-intensity delivery conditions. This flexibility has also become a critical foundation for JSH’s long-term service to industry-leading customers and participation in large-scale project development.

In terms of project and delivery management, JSH continues to optimize its end-to-end management mechanism spanning solution planning, design, manufacturing, and on-site delivery. By engaging early in project planning, strengthening cross-departmental and cross-base collaboration, and refining control over key milestones, the company consistently enhances the certainty and controllability of delivery.
